Get it right from the beginning

For customers who are evaluating any of our products we utilize the following process:

1. Getting Started Workshop with the customer at the first day of evaluation

  • Overview of available functionality and decision on priority items
  • How to access and use basic functionality
  • Integration to existing systems
  • Explanation of best practice workflows
  • Verification that requested functionality has been achieved

2. Weekly follow-up calls including remote or onsite session to review evaluation progress

  • Fine-tuning of settings
  • Troubleshooting training
  • Answer of all product and process related questions

3. On-site deep technical training on advanced functionality

After the customer has decided to purchase the product (or during evaluation time), we provide a full set of training and consulting to ensure that all of the required functionality is fully working, implemented correctly and any remaining questions are answered.
